Return Period

 

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your item.

 

Restocking Fee

 

All approved returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and handling costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged items

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges

 

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted and processed. This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability of your preferred item.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
